Guilty Tracking

I'm gonna copy Augie's idea and start recording my workouts in my blog. Just putting it out to the public will keep me more honest.

So here it goes:
Weights - 1 hour with personal trainer
Running - 4 miles at Memorial Park loop with Jen and Kathleen

My legs are sore!
